Clients
shall acquire Membership by paying
an Initial amount as Order Registration
Charges.
After booking of the sites and payment
of registration charges, site inspection
will be arranged for clients.
Arrangements shall be made for the
client's stay (2 days) during their
visit for site inspection at Bangalore.
On satisfaction and selection of the
site, total value/Cash Down Payment
is to be made and the balance of payment
shall be payable at the time of Registration
of the property along with registration
expenses.
Loans can be arranged from certain
Banking and Finance Institutions.
